Ingredients :

1 1/2   cups   all-purpose flour
   1/2   cup     cocoa powder
1 1/4   cup     caster sugar
   3/4   tsp      baking soda
   1/2   tsp      baking powder
   1/2   tsp      salt
      2   eggs
   1/2   cup     vegetable oil
      1   tsp      vanilla essence
   3/4   cup     fresh milk
   3/4   cup     hot water
    24   pcs.    Oreos, plus more for crumbs


Frosting :

1      cup   shortening
1      lb.     powdered sugar/icing sugar - sifted
1      tsp    vanilla essence
3-6   tbsp   milk
Oreo cookie crums (2 or more - crushed)


Method :

1.   For the cupcakes :  preheat oven to 350'F.  Line tray with baking/papercups.
2.   Place one whole cookie in each cup, set aside.
3.   Mix the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a large mixing bowl.
4.   Add the eggs, oil, vanilla essence and milk and mix well until combined.
5.   Add the hot water and mix until combined.  (batter will be liquidy)
6.   Pour batter into each baking cup 3/4 full.
7.   Bake for 16 - 18 minutes.


For the frosting :   beat shortening until smooth.  Add vanilla essence and mix until combined.  Add powdered sugar in three additions.  Add a tablespoon of milk at a time until you achieve the desired consistency.  Add the cookie crumbs and mix until well combined.  Place in a piping bag with a 1M tip and swirl on top of each cupcakes.  Deco as desired.

Ingredients :

2 1/2  cups   cake flour (not self-raising), sifted
      2  tbsp    cocoa powder
      1  tsp      salt
1 1/2  cup     caster sugar
1 1/2  cup     vegetable oil
      2  large   eggs
   1/2  tsp      red gel paste food colour
      1  tsp      vanilla essence
      1  cup     buttermilk  (1 cup fresh milk + 1 tbsp vinegar  =  let sit for 10 minutes)
1 1/2  tsp      baking soda
      2  tsp      white vinegar


Method :

1.   Preheat oven to 350'F.  Line muffin tin with paper liners.  Set aside.

2.   Whisk together cake flour, cocoa powder and salt.  Set aside.

3.   With electric mixer, whisk together sugar and oil until combined.  Add eggs, one at a time beating until incorporated.  Mix in food colour and vanilla essence.

4.   Add flour mixture in three batches, alternating with two additions of buttermilk, and whisking well.  Stir together the baking soda and vinegar in a small bowl (it will foam), add mixture to the batter and mix on medium speed 10 seconds.

5.   Divide batter evenly among lined paper liners, filling each 3/4 full.

6.   Bake for about 20 minutes.  Deco as desired.

SUSU KOCAK OREO

Bahan-bahan :

4   sudu teh  sirap coklat Hershey
8   keping     biskut Oreo, dibahagikan kepada 2 bahagian
1   cawan     susu segar
2   cawan     aiskrim perisa vanilla, dilembutkan


Cara membuat :

1.   Satu sudu teh sirap coklat dimasukkan ke dalam empat gelas.
2.   Golekkan gelas supaya coklat membentuk lapisan di bahagian bawah tepi gelas.
3.   Hancurkan 4 keping biskut hingga halus, ketepikan.
4.   Masukkan biskut yang selebihnya ke dalam pengisar.
5.   Campurkan susu dan aiskrim, kisarkan hingga sebati dan halus.
6.   Curahkan ke dalam gelas yang telah disediakan, hiasi dengan biskut yang telah dihancurkan.
7.   Hidangkan dengan segera.

BROWNIES











BROWNIES  -  7 inci

Bahan-bahan :

165  gm   gula kastor
200  gm   gula perang
200  gm   mentega  (dicairkan)
137  gm   serbuk koko
  70  gm   tepung gandum
    4  biji   telur  gred 'B'
    2  tsp   esen vanilla
 1/2  tsp   garam


Loyang :  7 inci, digirs & dialas dengan kertas minyak


Cara-cara :

1.   Putar telur sehingga kembang.  Masukkan kedua-dua jenis gula.  Putar lagi.
2.   Apabila gula hancur, masukkan kesemua bahan lain.
3.   Kacau rata dan tuangkan ke dalam loyang pembakar.
4.   Bakar pada suhu 170'C selama 45 - 50 minit ataupun sehingga masak.  Biar sejuk sebelum dipotong.
