CREPE OREO
Basic Crepes : (allrecipes.com/JENNYC819)
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs (grade A)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter - melted & cooled
Few drops of green food colouring (optional)
Method :
1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and the eggs. Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine. Add the salt, melted butter and few drops of green food colouring (if using); beat until smooth.
2. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the frying pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
3. Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side. Repeat with the remaining of the batter.

Bahan Filling :
150 ml Non-Dairy Whipping Cream (yang dah manis) - diputar sehingga kental
Cara Penyediaan : Ambil sekeping kulit crepe, letakkan sedikit cream kemudian letakkan sekeping biskut Oreo ditengah, letakkan lagi sedikit cream di atas biskut Oreo tadi. Lipat kiri ke kanan atas ke bawah membentuk seperti bantal. Simpan di dalam peti sejuk seketika. Enak dimakan ketika sejuk...

ORANGE CHIFFON with CRANBERRIES

Ingredients :
110 gm plain flour
10 gm corn flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
6 egg yolks (I use gred A)
70 gm corn oil
100 gm orange juice (from 1 big orange)
Zest of the oranges
20 gm dried cranberries - chopped finely
6 egg whites (grade A)
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
110 gm caster sugar
Method :
1. Sift both flours, baking powder and salt together. Set aside.
2. Mix together cranberries, oil, zest and orange juice until well blended. (Do this before preparing other ingredients to give time for the cranberries to soak in some moisture). Add the yolks once other ingredients are prepared. Mix well before sifting in flour mixture and mix until combined. Set aside.
3. Beat egg whites until frothy, add in cream of tartar and beat until soft peaks form. Gradually add in sugar and beat to firm peaks.
4. Lighten the batter with 1/3 portion of the meringue using a hand whisk. Then add another 1/3 portion of the meringue and gently fold. Repeat with the remaining portion until fully incorporated.
5. Pour batter into a 9 inch (23 cm) ungreased tube pan. Bang the cake pan on the kitchen counter to remove large air bubbles.
6. Bake the cake at 160'C for about 70 to 80 minutes or until the cake is done. After removing the cake from the oven, immediately invert to cool completely before unmoulding...

Bahan-Bahan :
1 cekak sayur kailan
1/2 batang lobak merah - hiris bulat atau ikut pilihan
1 camca besar penuh isi ikan tenggiri masin yang dipotong kecil
1 biji bawang besar - hiris
2 ulas bawang putih - cincang halus
1 biji cili merah - hiris
2 camca besar sos tiram
1/2 cawan air
Sos ikan secukup rasa
Cara Memasak :
1. Cuci sayur kailan kemudian rendam di dalam air yang dicampurkan 1 camca besar garam selama 10 minit. Toskan, asingkan batang dan daunnya. Potong daun sayur kailan dan ketepikan. Batang sayur kailan di ketuk-ketuk sedikit dengan pisau kemudian hiris. Ketepikan.
2. Panaskan 2 camca besar minyak masak. Gorengkan ikan masin tenggiri hingga harum dan keemasan, menggunakan api kecil. Tolakkan ke tepi kuali. Masukkan hirisan bawang besar, bawang putih dan cili merah. Kacau rata dengan ikan masin tadi dan masak hingga bawang layu.
3. Tambahkan sos tiram, kacau dan tuangkan sedikit air. Masukkan batang sayur kailan, lobak merah dan masak hingga empuk/lembut. Kemudian masukkan pula daunnya, besarkan api, kacau dan masak hingga lembut. Sesuaikan rasa dan jika perlu baru masukkan sedikit sos ikan atau secukup rasa. Gaul rata, tutup api dan hidangkan bersama nasi putih...

CHOCOLATE PUDDING...
CREAMY CHOCOLATE PUDDING

Ingredients :
2 cups whole milk (500 ml)
3 tbsp heavy cream (I use UHT Whipping Cream) (40 ml)
50 gm dark chocolate, finely chopped (1.8 oz)
1 tbsp rice flour (10 gm)
2 tbsp cocoa powder (15 gm)
2 tbsp corn starch (20 gm)
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sugar (100 gm)
Method :
1. Combine sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, salt and rice flour in a medium saucepan. Gradually add milk and whisk until well combined. Place over medium heat.
2. Cook stirring constantly until pudding is bubbling and thickens. Stir in the chopped chocolate and heavy cream. After the chocolate melted, turn off the heat, add vanilla extract and whisk until well blended.
3. Pour into dessert dishes.
4. Let cool at room temperature and then refrigerate until ready to serve...

BUBUR SOM SOM...
BUBUR SOM SOM

Bahan A :
1 1/2 cawan tepung beras
1 sudu makan tepung jagung
3 cawan santan (dari 1/2 biji kelapa)
1/2 sudu teh garam
Bahan B : (Air Gula Merah)
1 cawan gula merah
1 cawan gula pasir
2 cawan air
2 helai daun pandan - dikoyak & disimpul
Cara Penyediaan :
1. Panaskan air di dalam pengukus.
2. Masakkan bahan B sehingga mendidih dan tapiskan. Kemudian sejukkan.
3. Gaulkan semua bahan A dan tapiskan ke dalam periuk ataupun kuali non-stick.
4. Masakkan adunan sekadar naik wap dan tuangkan ke dalam loyang yang sudah disapukan sedikit minyak.
5. Kukuskan selama 20 minit. Tutup api dan sejukkan. (8 inci bulat/persegi loyang atau acuan pilihan).
6. Potong dan hidangkan bersama air gula merah...
