MASAK ASAM PEDAS IKAN PATIN

Bahan-Bahan :
1 ekor ikan patin saiz sederhana
1 tangkai bunga kantan ~ belah 4 (saya tak letak)
1 ikat daun kesum
1 sudu besar pes asam jawa Adabi atau boleh guna air asam jawa
Garam & serbuk perasa secukupnya
Kacang bendi secukupnya
Minyak masak
Bahan Kisar :
6 ulas bawang putih
2 biji bawang besar saiz sederhana
1 inci halia
1 senduk cili giling atau 20 tangkai cili kering direndam hingga kembang
1 ibu jari belacan
Cara Memasak :
1. Kisar bawang-bawang, halia dan belacan. Tumis bahan kisar sehingga wangi dan masukkan cili giling. Masak sehingga cili benar-benar masak. Bila naik minyak, masukkan bungan kantan, jika guna bunga kantan.
2. Masukkan 1/2 blender air (agak-agak). Masak dengan api perlahan sehingga mendidih, baru dimasukkan ikan dan asam jawa.
3. Renehkan di atas dapur dan masukkan daun kesum, kacang bendi, garam dan serbuk perasa secukupnya. Kuah jangan terlalu pekat dan jangan terlalu cair. Sesuaikan kepekatannya. Sedia dihidangkan bersama nasi putih.
NOTA : Jika terlebih masam, tambah air. Mesti kena ada rasa masam dan pedas, baru sedap.!!!

Bahan-Bahan :
2 cawan tepung gandum
2 cawan air panas mendidih
3 sudu besar gula
sedikit garam
Cara-Cara :
1. Masukkan tepung gandum, gula dan garam ke dalam bekas besar. Kacau rata.
2. Kemudian masukkan pula air panas mendidih. Kacau sehingga sebati.
3. Tunggu sehingga adunan sejuk sedikit.
4. Bulat-bulatkan adunan (letakkan air/minyak sedikit di tangan supaya tidak melekat).
5. Goreng di dalam minyak yang banyak sehingga keperangan.
6. Siap untuk dihidangkan !!!
TIPS : Jika suka selepas diangkat dan ditoskan, bolehlah disalutkan dalam gula kastor yang dicampur dengan sedikit serbuk kayu manis.

NUTELLA POPSICLES

Ingredients :
450 ml fresh milk
4 heap tablespoons Nutella
Directions :
Blend the milk and Nutella together with a hand whisk till combined.
Stir the mixture as you pour into popsicle mould.
Freeze them for a few hours or overnight.
Yummy & Enjoy !!!

STRAWBERRY and LEMON MUFFINS ...

STRAWBERRY & LEMON MUFFINS

Ingredients :
200 gm all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
80 gm light brown sugar
pinch of salt
140 gm fresh strawberries ~ cut into small size (me : dried cranberries as picture above)
zest from half of the lemon
60 gm vegetable oil
2 large eggs
100 ml full fat milk
Instructions :
Preheat the oven to 190'C. Have ready 8 muffin cups. (me : 11 pcs)
Whisk the flour, baking powder, zest, salt and sugar together in a bowl, then stir in the strawberries.
In another bowl, mix the oil, eggs and milk together.
Then pour milk mixture into the flour mixture and stir until just combined.
Spoon evenly into the prepared muffin cups.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick insert into center comes out clean.
Serve warm with drizzle of glaze icing if you preferred.

Icing Glaze :

1 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions :
1. Whisk together the powdered sugar, milk and vanilla until a glaze is formed. Add additional milk, if needed.
2. Refrigerate the vanilla glaze until ready to use. Drizzle the glaze over each muffin.
