PAPAYA MILK PUDDING

Ingredients :
300 gm ripe papaya - blend into fine puree
Ingredients A :
15 gm agar-agar powder
250 gm sugar
1000 ml water
Ingredients B : (stir well)
300 ml evaporated milk
2 tbsp custard powder
Method :
1. Mix A, stir and bring to the boil.
2. Add in B, stir and bring to the boil, add papaya puree, remove from heat.
3. Pour into desired mould, leave to set, and chill in refrigerator.
