Cream Cheese Butter Cake
CREAM CHEESE BUTTER CAKE

Ingredients :
200 gm butter
200 gm cream cheese
250 gm castor sugar
5 eggs
250 gm plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp strawberry fruit jam
Tray : 8-inch
Method :
1. Grease and line a 20cm (8-inch) baking tin. Preheat oven to 180'C.
2. Beat butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add in eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.
4. Fold in sifted flour and baking powder, mix until well blended. Spread batter into prepared tin.
5. Spoon fruit jam into piping bag and pipe circle pattern over the top.
6. Bake in oven for 35-40 minutes.
