RAITA (INDIAN SALAD)

Ingredients :
1 carrot
1 cucumber
1 tomato
1 green chilli
1 red chilli
3 shallots
5 gm coriander leaves
125 ml plain yogurt
Salt & black pepper to taste
Method :
Dice carrot, cucumber, tomato into small cubes and chop green and red chilli and shallots. Put all in a bowl. Add yogurt, salt, black pepper and chopped coriander leaves. Mix together until well combined. Ready to serve.
Info : You may keep it in the fridge and serve it chilled too..
