CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES...
CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES

Ingredients :
1/2 cup cocoa powder (50 gm) *
1 cup boiling water (240 ml) * ( * mix together & let cool )
1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour (175 gm) *
2 tsp baking powder *
1/2 tsp salt * ( * whisk together )
1/2 cup unsalted butter (113 gm)
1 cup caster sugar (200 gm)
2 large egg
2 tsp vanilla extract
Method :
Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg one at a time until smooth. Beat in vanilla extract. Add flour mixture until incorporated. Add cooled cocoa mixture and stir until smooth. Fill 2/3 into cupcake liner and bake for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 190'C.
Buttercream Icing : (Citarasawan)
230 gm gula aising - diayak
65 gm shortening/krimwell/crisco
50 gm butter
1 sudu teh esen vanilla
2 sudu besar susu segar
Pewarna yang disukai
Cara-Cara :
Pukul butter dan krimwell hingga lembut. Masukkan esen vanilla, gula aising diikuti dengan susu segar dan pukul hingga kembang dan putih. Masukkan ke dalam mangkuk dan letakkan pewarna yang disukai. (Sebaiknya buttercream dibuat sehari lebih awal sebelum diguna supaya pewarna sebati dengan sepenuhnya).
