GREEN TEA BUTTER CAKE

Bahan-bahan :
270 gm unsalted butter
250 gm caster sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs (A)
240 gm plain flour
10 gm green tea powder
1 tsp. baking powder
1. Preheat oven to 180'C. Line a 20 cm (8-inch) square pan with greaseproof paper.
2. Beat butter, sugar and salt until light and fluffy. Add in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
3. Gently fold in sifted flour, green tea powder and baking powder until well combined. Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until cooked.
