COFFEE BISCUIT BUTTER CAKE (8 inch)
200 gm butter
200 gm caster sugar
4 eggs
1 tbsp instant coffee powder ) stir together until melted
1 tbsp water )
7 pcs oreo biscuits (chopped)
200 gm self-raising flour
3 pcs oreo biscuits (chopped for garnishing)
Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in eggs one at a time beating thoroughly after each addition. Stir coffee powder and water till melted. Add into batter together with biscuits. Fold in sifted flour. Spread batter into prepared tin. Sprinkle with chopped biscuits. Bake until cooked.
Temp: 175 celcius - 40 minutes
