Cream Cheese Butter Cake

Cream Cheese Butter Cake

200 gm butter
200 gm cream cheese
250 gm caster sugar
5 eggs
250 gm plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp strawberry fruit jam - utk hiasan

Beat butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in eggs one at a time beating after each addition. Fold in sifted flour and baking powder. Mix until well blended. Spread batter into prepared tin. Spoon fruit jam into piping bag and pipe circle pattern over the top. Bake.
Temp : 180 celcius - 35-40 minutes
Tray : 20 cm (8 inch)
