Ingredients :

230  gm  all-purpose flour
    1  tbsp  baking powder
    1  tbsp  granulated sugar  (use 2 tbsp  for sweet waffles)
    1  tsp  salt
    2  eggs, grade A/B
340  gm  milk
  85  gm  unsalted butter, melted

Method :

     Preheat waffle iron maker before making the batter.  Put the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder into a bowl and whisk to combine.  Mix the eggs with milk and melted butter together and pour into the bowl.  Fold lightly until just combine (the mixture will be lumpy).  Pour the batter into the preheat waffle iron maker, cook until golden brown.  Serve with any topping of your choice.
