Ingredients :

60  gm  egg  (I use grade A)
60  gm  caster sugar
120  gm  dark chocolate  ~  chopped
50  gm  butter
50  gm  wheat flour@all-purpose flour
1/4  tsp  salt
Almond nibs  ~  for deco  (optional)

Directions :

1.  Preheat the oven at 170'C.
2.  Melt chocolate and butter using microwave or using double boiler method.
3.  Whisk the egg and sugar until dissolve and pale in colour.
4.  Pour the melted chocolate into the egg mixture and mix well.
5.  Sieve the flour into the mixture.
6.  Put in the salt and mix well. 
7.  Use piping bag, pipe it on the silicon mat or baking pan lined with parchment paper.
8.  Bake it for 10-12 minutes, depending on your oven.
9.  Ready to serve warm or let it cool then keep it in airtight container...

NOTE :   I let it rest for 10 minutes before piping...
