PANNA COTTA








PANNA COTTA

Ingredients :

450  ml  fresh cold milk
  10  gm  halal gelatine
  70  gm  white sugar  (about 1/3 cup)
200  ml  UHT whipping cream
 1/2  tsp  vanilla essence


Method :

1.  Sprinkle the gelatine into the cold milk.  (It is important to sprinkle the gelatine so the gelatine can absorb the milk).  Set aside for 5-10 minutes for the gelatine to bloom.

2.  Heat up the whipping cream and sugar until the mixture starts to bubble and the sugar has dissolved.  Turn off the heat.

3.  Add in the gelatine mixture and stir until well combined.

4.  Stir in the vanilla essence and stir until well combined.

5.  Strain and pour into the containers/glass.  Set aside to let cool to room temperature.

6.  Chill in the refrigerator until they set.  Can be serve with fresh fruits or compotes of your choice.
