Chiffon cake lagi

Salam semua, hari ini mencuba lagi chiffon cake.  Seronok pula membuat cake ini.  Sangat mudah, gebu dan sedap sekali.  Cubalah.

Ingredients :

A  :   65  gm   crushed oreo biscuit

B  :   5    egg   yolks  (A)
        50  gm    caster sugar
        60  gm    milk
        60  gm    corn oil
        100 gm   cake flour/superfine flour  -  sifted

C  :  5    egg    whites
       1/2  tsp    cream of tartar
       60  gm     caster sugar

Tray :   8 inch/22 cm ungreased tube pan

Method :

1.    Preheat oven to 180'C.
2.    Mix egg yolk and sugar together.  Then add in oil and milk.  Then add in sifted flour.  Combine with whisk until smooth.  (Do not over mix but just whisk until combine).
3.    Beat egg white and cream of tartar until frothy until soft peak.  Then gradually add in sugar a little at a time and beat until stiff.
4.    Fold egg whites into the egg yolk mixture in 3 batches and mix with spatula just until combined.
5.    Pour in the crushed oreo biscuit and fold gently until well combined.
6.    Pour into ungreased tube pan (22cm/8 inch) and bake for 45 minutes or until done.
7.    Invert immediately upon removal from the oven.  Wait for it to cool completely before removing the cake from pan.
