CHICKEN BALL SAMBAL

Ingredients :

   3  cups  cooked chicken ball
5-6  tbsp  chilli paste
   2  small  onions  -  pounded
   1  clove  garlic  -  pounded
A handful of dried anchovies  -  soaked & pounded (optional)
   1  tsp  shrimp paste/belacan
   2  tbsp  tamarind juice
   1  big  onions  -  sliced
1/2  cup  cooking oil
2/3  cup  water
2-4  tbsp  sugar
Salt to taste


Method :

1.  Heat oil and saute onions and garlic for 1 minute.
2.  Add chilli paste, belacan and pounded anchovies and fry till fragrant, about 5 minutes.
3.  Mix tamarind juice and water into chilli mixture and cook for another 15 minute under medium-low heat or until sauce slightly thicken.
4.  Add sliced onion, chicken ball, salt and sugar and cook for another 5 minutes.
5.  Serve...
