Ingredients :

2  cups  all-purpose flour
1  tsp  salt
4  tsp  baking powder
2  tbsp  white sugar
2  eggs  (I use grade B)
1 1/2  cups  warm milk
1/3  cup  butter  -  melted & cooled  (about 85 gm)
1  tsp  vanilla extract

Method :

1.  In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking powder and sugar; set aside.  Preheat waffle iron to desired temperature.

2.  In a separate bowl, beat the eggs (using whisk).  Stir in the warm milk, melted butter and vanilla extract.  Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture; beat until blended using a whisk.

3.  Ladle the batter into the preheated waffle iron.  Cook the waffles until golden and crisp.  Serve immediately with maple syrup, hot chocolate, fresh fruits etc...
