 Panna Cotta ini sangat sedap dan creamy tapi ianya agak manis.  Jika ingin mencubanya dicadangkan mengurangkan gula memandang coklat masakan putih agak manis. Saya menggunakan coklat putih jenama Beryl's.  Saya menghidangkannya dengan Strawberry Pie Filling dan saya tidak membuat Mixed Berry Compote...

WHITE CHOCOLATE PANNA COTTA
WITH MIXED BERRY COMPOTE

Mixed Berry Compotes :

2  cups  mixed berries  -  fresh or frozen
2  tbsp  white sugar
2  tbsp  water


Directions :

Cook on medium high heat until thickens and stir once a while.  Refrigerate until ready to serve with panna cotta.


Panna Cotta :

600  ml  thickened/double cream (I use UHT Dairy Whipping Cream)
120  gm  white chocolate -  chopped  (I use Beryl's)
150  ml  fresh milk
1/2  cup  granulated sugar
3  tsp  gelatine *
2  tbsp  hot water *  (* mixed, stir and set aside)


Directions :

In a saucepan, boil thickened cream, white chocolate, milk and granulated sugar until it simmers (DO NOT BOIL), turn heat off and then add the gelatine mixture.  Mix well and strain.  Pour into desired mould.  Leave in refrigerator to set for about 4 to 6 hours or better overnight.  Serve with Mixed Berry Compote..
