 Sausage Frice Rice with slightly changes...

adapted from :    dailydelicious (with some slight changes)...

Ingredients :  (serve 3)

1 1/2  tbsp  oil
140  gm  sausage, cut into small dices  (saya guna 5 batang hotdog jenama Ramly)
1  tbsp  finely chopped garlic
3  eggs
100-120  gm  Kailan, cut into pieces  (saya guna sawi)
3  cups  cooked rice
2-3  tsp  soy sauce
2-3  tsp  oyster sauce
1-2  tsp  sugar
Salt to taste
Fried anchovies (optional)

Directions :

Heat the skillet over medium heat.
Pour the oil into the skillet with sausage.
Cook until brown around the edges.
Put the garlic into the skillet and cook until the garlic fragrance (not brown).
Pour the eggs into the skillet, stirring quickly to scramble eggs.
When the eggs become half cooked, pour the Kailan into the skillet, stir to combine.
Put the cooked rice into the skillet, season with soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar.
Lastly add salt to taste, stirring until heated through, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve immediately with any condiments of your choice...
