GREEN PEA COOKIES

Ingredients :
185 gm green pea (preferably without coating) or green pea powder
138 gm plain flour
138 gm peanut oil or other cooking oil
100 gm icing sugar
46 gm corn starch or potatoes starch
1/2 tsp salt
Method :
1. Preheat oven to 170'C. Centre rack.
2. Measure out all dry ingredients and sift it together into a large mixing bowl.
3. Add the oil into the flour mixture and mix until well combined.
4. Measure/scale about 8 gm each and shape into balls and place on baking sheet.
5. Poke/indent a hole into the middle of each balls with the thicker end of a chopstick and apply egg wash.
6. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden. Store in an airtight container once cooled.
