This Muffin was tried by my son..and it turns out moist and delicious.

NIGELLA CHOCOLATE CHOCOLATE-CHIP MUFFINS

Ingredients :
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp cocoa powder
3/4 cup superfine sugar
3/4 cup Hershey chocolate chips plus 1/4 cup for sprinkling
1 cup fresh milk
1/3 cup plus 2 tsp vegetable oil
1 egg grade A
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Special equipment : Mini muffin tin with paper muffin cases
Method :
1. Preheat the oven to 400'F/200'C.
2. Put the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, sugar and 3/4 cup of the chocolate chips into a large bowl. Mix all the dry ingredients evenly, put aside.
3. In another bowl, put in milk, vegetable oil, egg and vanilla extract. Whisk all wet ingredients together until well combined.
4. Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mix to combine. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin cases. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chip on top of each muffin and then bake for about 20 minutes or until the muffins are dark, risen and springy to the touch.
