Hazelnut Cupcake

Ingredients :

125  gm   unsalted butter
125  gm   caster sugar
150  gm   all purpose flour
 1/2  tsp   baking powder
 1/2  tsp   baking soda
 1/2  cup  hazelnut spread
    3  tbsp milk
    2  eggs

Method :

1.   Preheat oven to 170'C.
2.   Line cupcake tray with papercup liners.
3.   Sift together flour, baking powder and baking soda.
4.   Cream butter and sugar for 2-3 minutes.  Add eggs one at a time and beat well.
5.   Alternately add flour and milk in two batches to creamed butter mixture.  Mix well but do not overbeat.
6.   Fill each papercup half full, add 1 tsp hazelnut spread and cover with more batter up to 2/3 fulls.
7.   Top batter with another teaspoon hazelnut spread and give it a swirl with a toothpick.
8.   Bake for 18-20 minutes or when skewer inserted in centre of cupcake comes out clean.

Yields :   16 pcs, papercup #9 (5 cm in diameter)
