Ingredients :   (16 pcs)

  195  gm  plain flour
      2  tbsp  cocoa powder
      2  tsp  baking powder
   1/2  tsp  baking soda
    90  gm  white sugar
  100  gm  unsalted butter
    30  ml  vegetable oil
      2  eggs grade A
1 1/2  tsp  vanilla extract
  100  ml  milk
    90  gm  white chocolate chips
    45  gm  milk chocolate chips

Method :

1.    Prehat oven to 180'C or 160'C fan-forced.
2.    In a mixing bowl, add in butter and sugar, cream on high for about a minute.
3.    Add in oil, beat on high until homogeneous.
4.    Add in vanilla extract.  Add in egg one at a time.
5.    Add in milk and mix well.
6.    In another bowl, whisk in dry ingredients; plain flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder together.
7.    Add the dry ingredients into the batter, mix until just combine.
8.    Fold in white chocolate chips and milk chocolate chips.  Don't over mix.
9.    Transfer/scoop into muffin pan lined with paper liners 2/3 full.
10.   Drop the pan lightly on the counter a few times to release the air bubbles.
11.   Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until done...
