Ingredients :

3  egg  yolk grade A/B (I use grade B)
15  gm  caster sugar
30  gm  vegetable oil
3  tbsp  Nutella
50  gm  milk  (warm)
65  gm  cake flour  (sifted)

3  egg  whites
1/4  tsp  cream of tartar
50  gm  caster sugar

Method :

1.  Preheat oven to 175'C.

2.  In a bowl, mix warm milk, oil and nutella together till well blended.  Set aside.

3.  Use a hand whisk, whisk egg yolk and sugar together.

4.  Add in nutella mixture and flour together.  Whisk until combined.

5.  Using electric hand whisk, whisk egg whites and cream of tartar until frothy.  Gradually add in the sugar and whisk until stiff peaks form.

6.  Fold in 1/4 of the meringue into the egg yolk batter until combined.  Then fold in the rest of the meringue lightly in 2 portions until well combined.

7.  Pour batter into a 20cm ungreased tube pan.

8.  Bake for about 35-40 minutes.  Once baked, remove from oven, invert cake until completely cool.  Remove cake from pan, slice and serve.
