Ingredients :

450  ml  cold milk
10  gm  Halagel gelatin
70  gm  sugar
200  ml  UHT Dairy Whipping Cream
1/2  tsp  vanilla extract

Directions :

1.  Sprinkle the gelatin into the cold milk.  It is important to sprinkle the gelatin so the gelatin can absorb the milk.  Set aside for 5-10 minutes.

2.  Heat up the whipping cream and sugar until the mixture starts to bubble and the sugar has dissolved.  Turn off the heat.

3.  Add in the gelatin mixture.  Stir in the vanilla extract, stir well until combined.

4.  Pour and strain into the containers of your choice.  Set aside to let cool.

5.  Chill in the fridge until they set...
