Oreo Cheese Chiffon Cake yg sedap dan gebu.

Ingredients (A) :

60  gm   fresh milk
40  gm   cream cheese (room temperature)
25  gm   unsalted butter

Ingredients (B) :

65  gm   all-purpose flour (sifted)
20  gm   oreo cookie crumbs  (I added)

Ingredients (C) :

 4   egg   yolks (A)

Ingredients (D) :

   4  egg   whites
 90  gm    caster sugar
1/8  tsp    cream of tartar
Pinch of salt

Tray :  8 inch ungreased chiffon pan

Method :

1.   Preheat oven to 170'C.
2.   Cook (A) over double-boiler until well blended and thickens.  Remove from double-boiler and let it cool.
3.   Add (C) into cooled cream cheese mixture and mix until well combined.
4.   Fold in (B) and mix until smooth.
5.   Beat egg whites until frothy, add cream of tartar and beat till soft peaks.  Add salt and sugar and beat till stiff peaks.
6.   Fold 1/2 of the egg whites into cream cheese mixture, gently fold with a rubber spatula until just combined.
7.   Pour cream cheese mixture (step 6) into the rest of the egg whites, and fold it gently.
8.   Pour batter into ungreased chiffon cake pan (bang the pan on a hard surface to release the bubble) and bake for 35-40 minutes.  Once cooked, removed from the oven and invert the cake pan.  Let cool.  Once cool, remove from chiffon pan and serve.
