GREEN TEA EGGLESS CAKE

Ingredients :
320 gm self-raising flour )
1 tsp double-action baking powder ) A
1 tsp green tea powder )
160 gm castor sugar )
160 ml water ) B
130 gm margarine )
Method :
1. Sieve A into a mixing bowl.
2. Combine B in a saucepan, stir over simmering water till smooth, cool completely.
3. Make a well in the centre of flour, pour in B slowly while stirring, mix to a smooth consistency.
4. Place papercups in patty tins, spoon mixture into papercups till 3/4 full.
5. Steam over very high heat for 12 minutes.
Yields : 22 pcs.
