OAT COCONUT COOKIES

Ingredients :
200 gm margarine
150 gm castor sugar
1/4 tsp salt
280 gm flour )
1 tsp baking powder ) sifted
1 packet coconut cream powder
150 gm oats (I use Nestum)
Method :
1. Cream margarine, castor sugar and salt till light and creamy.
2. Stir in flour and coconut cream powder, mix well.
3. Take small piece of dough (about 1 tsp), roll into balls, toss in oats and place in small papercups.
4. Baked in preheated oven 160'C for 20 minutes.
