PANNA COTTA (ITALIAN DESSERT), my favourite..delicious & yummy..







PANNA COTTA

Ingredients :

450  ml   UHT cold milk
  10  gm  gelatine
  70  gm  granulated sugar
200  ml   whipping cream  (Anchor Dairy Whipping Cream)
 1/2  tsp  vanilla extract


Method :

1.  Sprinkle gelatine into the cold milk.  It is important to sprinkle the gelatine so that the gelatine can absorb the milk.  Set aside for 5-10 minutes.
2.  Heat the whipping cream and sugar until the mixture just starts to bubble and sugar has dissolved.  Turn off heat.
3.  Add in the gelatine mixture.  Stirl until there are  no lumps.
4.  Stir in the vanilla extract, stir until combine.
5.  Pour into the containers of your choice.  (Strain through sieve if possible).  Set aside to let cool.
6.  Chill in the fridge until set.  Can be serve with any compote of your choice (eg. blueberry filling etc.)...
