Basic Crepes :  (

1  cup  all-purpose flour
2  eggs  (grade A)
1/2  cup  milk
1/2  cup  water
1/4  tsp  salt
2  tbsp  butter  -  melted & cooled
Few drops of green food colouring (optional)

Method :

1.  In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and the eggs.  Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine.  Add the salt, melted butter and few drops of green food colouring (if using); beat until smooth.

2.  Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat.  Pour or scoop the batter onto the frying pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe.  Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.

3.  Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown.  Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side.  Repeat with the remaining of the batter.

Bahan Filling :

150  ml  Non-Dairy Whipping Cream  (yang dah manis)  -  diputar sehingga kental

Cara Penyediaan :   Ambil sekeping kulit crepe, letakkan sedikit cream kemudian letakkan sekeping biskut Oreo ditengah, letakkan lagi sedikit cream di atas biskut Oreo tadi.  Lipat kiri ke kanan atas ke bawah membentuk seperti bantal.  Simpan di dalam peti sejuk seketika.  Enak dimakan ketika sejuk...
