source  :  You Tube.com/My Sweet Ambitions.com/blog/.. (delicious..)

Ingredients :

   1  cup  water
   1  cup  all-purpose flour
   4  eggs
1/2  tsp  salt
   2  tsp  granulated sugar
1/2  cup  butter

Glaze :

1 1/2  cup  icing sugar
   1/3  cup  milk
      1  tbsp  honey (optional)

Cinnamon Sugar Recipe :

1  tbsp  ground cinnamon *
1  cup  granulated sugar *  (* mix together)

Method :

1.  Pour water into a pot.  Add the butter, sugar and salt into the water.  Stir the mixture a little to dissolve the sugar.

2.  Put the pot on high heat until the mixture comes to a boil.

3.  Lower the heat and add the flour and stir until the mixture forms into a dough.

4.  Place the dough into the mixer while it's hot.

5.  Mix the dough until it slightly cools.  Add egg one by one into the dough until the egg is fully incorporated and well mixed.  The dough should be softer and smoother, soft enough to put into a pastry bagi with a 1M Wilton tip.

6.  Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper coated/greased with oil or butter.

7.  Pipe donut circles onto the baking sheet.  Put in the chiller for 30 minutes.  Then cut the parchment paper so that each donut is in it's own square.

8.  Prepare a pot of oil, bring to 350'F then slow down the heat to medium.  Drop one donut circle into hot oil, carefully pulling the parchment paper.

9.  Cook the donut until golden brown on both sides.  Removed the cooked donut on wire rack.

10.  You can glaze them or sugar the donut with your choice.
