CREME BRULEE RECIPE

Ingredients :
4 egg yolks (large)
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
45 gm granulated sugar
300 gm whipping cream 'Dairy'
100 gm milk
Granulated sugar, for sprinkle over the top
Instructions :
Preheat oven to 130'C.
Put egg yolks, vanilla extract, salt and sugar into a bowl, whisk to combine.
Pour the whipping cream and milk into the bowl, whisk to combine.
Pass through a sieve.
And pour into 4 (150-170 ml capacity cup/ramekin).
Place the cups/ramekin in a large baking pan.
Pour hot water into the large pan.
Bake for 60 minutes or until set. (steam bath).
Let them cool completely, and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
Sprinkle granulated sugar over the top.
And burn the sugar with a blow torch before serving.
