MANGO SMOOTHIE







MANGO SMOOTHIE

Ingredients :

   1   cup   fresh or frozen mango chunks
   1   cup   plain yogurt
   1   tbsp  honey
   2   tbsp  water
1/4   tsp   vanilla essence (optional)
   1   tsp   fresh lemon or lime juice (optional)
If using fresh, you can save a chunks of mango for garnish

Method :

     Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.  Pour into glasses of your choice.
