RED VELVET BROWNIES

Brownies :
125 gm unsalted butter - melted
190 gm granulated sugar
2 eggs grade A/B
1-2 tsp red food colouring
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
95 gm all-purpose flour
30 gm cocoa powder
30 gm walnuts - chopped
Pinch of salt
Cream Cheese Topping :
225 gm cream cheese - softened
45 gm granulated sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Method :
1. Preheat oven to 180'C. Line 20x20 cm pan with baking paper. Mix flour, salt and cocoa powder together.
2. Mix the sugar with melted butter. Mix in the eggs. Mix in the food colouring. Follow by vinegar and vanilla extract. Fold in the flour mixture. Fold until smooth. Reserve 1/4 cup of the batter for decoration. Then fold in chopped walnuts. Mix well.
3. Pour into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Meanwhile, mix all the cream cheese topping together until smooth. Pour into the prepared pan filled with the brownies and smooth the top. Drop the reserved batter onto the cream cheese topping. Using a bamboo stick or a skewer, make a swirl to create marble pattern.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until done...
