CHOCOLATE PANNA COTTA








CHOCOLATE PANNA COTTA

Ingredients :

450  ml   cold chocolate milk
  10  gm  vegetable shortening
  70  gm  caster sugar
200  ml   whipping cream
 1/2  tsp  chocolate emulco


Method :

1.   Sprinkle the gelatin onto the cold chocolate milk.
2.   It is important to sprinkle the gelatin so the gelatin can absorb the milk.  Set aside for 5-10 minutes.
3.   Heat up the whipping cream and sugar until the mixture starts to bubble and the sugar has dissolved.
4.   Turn off the heat.  Add in the gelatin mixture. 
5.   Stir in the chocolate emulco.
6.   Pour into the containers of your choice.  Set aside to let cool.
7.   Chill in the refrigerator until they set.  Serve with whipped cream, fresh fruits or ice cream.
