CHEDDAR CHEESE CAKE

Ingredients :
(A) 250 gm butter
230 gm caster sugar
(B) 4 eggs (I use gred A)
(C) 80 gm cheddar cheese (cubed or grated)
(D) 100 ml milk
280 gm all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Method :
1. Cream (A) till light and fluffy.
2. Add (B) and cream till smooth and light.
3. Add diced/cubed/grated (C) and mix till well combined.
4. Lastly add (D) and mix till well incorporated. Pour into loaf pan.
5. Bake at 180'C for 45 minutes. Serve.
Tips : You can sprinkle extra grated cheddar cheese on top of the cake, giving a better appearance and fragrance.
