CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT PODS...










CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT PODS

Ingredients :

1  cup  butter, at room temperature
1  cup  white sugar
1  cup  brown sugar
2  eggs  grade A/B
2  tsp  vanilla essence
3  cups  flour
1  tsp  baking powder
1  jar  Hazelnut Chocolate Spread
1  tsp  salt


Directions :

1.  In a mixing bowl, add in butter, white and brown sugar.  Whisk with a hand mixer till creamy and well combined.
2.  Beat in the eggs, one by one.  Continue to whisk then scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
3.  Add in vanilla essence and continue to whisk.
4.  In a separate bowl with flour, add in baking powder and salt.
5.  Combine the flour mixture into the butter, mix gradually.  Continue to whisk.
6.  Spray cooking oil into the mini muffin tray.
7.  Form dough into small balls and place into the muffin tray.
8.  After baking in oven at 190'C for about 10 minutes, ensure that it's melty/soft.
9.  Remove tray from oven and squish down the middle of each cup with a shot glass to create pods.
10.  Let it cool completely, unmould then using a piping bag, add/pipe hazelnut chocolate spread into each cup and leave to cool/set before serving...
