MOIST CHOCOLATE CUPCAKE

Ingredients :

(A)  :  250  gm   butter
          320  gm   sugar
           1/4  tsp   coffee paste


(B)  :      4  nos   eggs

(C)  :  320  gm    plain flour
            50  gm    cocoa powder
              1  tsp    baking powder
              1  tsp    baking soda

(D)  :  240  ml     milk



Method :

1.   Cream (A) at medium speed until light and fluffy.
2.   Add (B) gradually and cream until smooth and light after each addition.
3.   Add (C) and (D) alternately and mix at low speed until well incorporated.
4.   Line muffin tins with papercups.  Deposit the batter onto the muffin tins.
5.   Bake at 180'C in the middle rack of the oven for 25 minutes.  Set aside to cool.
6.   Decorate as desired.
