MANGO LASSI

Ingredients :

2      ripe   mangoes
2-3  tbsp   honey or to taste
1/2  cup     fresh milk
1     cup     yogurt (either plain or mango yogurt)

Method :

     Peel the mango skin, discard the seed and cut the mangoes into small pieces.  Combine all the ingredients in an electric mixer or blender and blend well.  Make sure the mangoes are completely blended into juice.
     Pour into glasses, freeze in the fridge for 30 minutes or serve immediately.


Nota :   resipi yang sangat sedap, pekat. Minum di luar harganya anggaran RM 6.00-9.00 per glass.
