CHOCOLATE GUGELHUPF

Ingredients :
170 gm all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
6 eggs
250 gm castor sugar
200 gm semisweet chocolate - coarsely chopped
170 gm butter - melted and cooled
180 gm ground hazelnuts (I use ground almonds)
50 gm semisweet chocolate - chopped
Method :
1. Sift together flour and baking powder.
2. In a separate bowl; whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl placed over a pot of simmering water.
4. Slowly stir melted chocolate into the egg mixture together with butter, hazelnuts and the sifted ingredients. Add chopped chocolate. Stir until until just combined.
5. Pour the batter into a greased and lightly floured gugelhupf pan. Bake at 175'C for 50 minutes.
