adapted from : anncoojournal.com
Serves : 6 (so delicious)...
Ingredients :
550 ml fresh milk
10 gm Valrhona cocoa powder, sifted
4-5 tbsp caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 sheets gelatin leaf OR 12 gm gelatin powder
4 tbsp hot water
2 tbsp Nutella
Directions :
1. Combine cocoa powder and sugar together in a pot. Add 4 tablespoons of hot water into it and stir well.
2. Gradually pour in milk and vanilla extract, stir well again. Under medium heat, bring milk mixture to almost a boil.
3. Soak the gelatin leaves into cold water for a few second, squeeze out excess water and drop into milk mixture, stir till gelatin melted. OFF heat and stir in Nutella, stir well again till melted/dissolved.
4. Strain chocolate liquid mixture and pour into desired serving cups. Chill pudding for at least 2 to 3 hours till set.
INFO : I used 4 tbsp fresh milk from the above recipe + 12 gm gelatin powder = let set to bloom for about 10 minutes before adding to the milk mixture (no. 3)...
