CHIKOO MILKSHAKE@ SAPOTA MILKSHAKE

Ingredients :

   4  medium  chikoo
   1  cup  milk
1/2  cup  crushed ice
1/8  tsp  vanilla essence  -  optional
   1  tbsp  sugar  -  optional


Method :

1.  Remove the skin of chikoo properly.
2.  Cut the chikoos in quarters and remove the seeds.
3.  Put chikoo in a juicer or mixer and add milk.  Add sugar if you feel the chikoo are not to sweet.
4.  Add a drop of vanilla essence.  Alternatively you can add vanilla ice cream too.
5.  Blitz into smooth milkshake.
6.  Open the jar and add ice cubes.  Blitz again.
7.  Pour the milkshake into serving glasses and serve chilled...
