MIXED NUTS FLORENTINE COOKIES
adapted from : Bila Dapur Busu Berasap...
Ingredients :
200 gm Florentine flour
100 gm sliced almonds
100 gm pumpkin seeds
100 gm sunflower seeds
A pinch of fine salt
Directions :
1. Bake the nuts separately in the oven for about 4 minutes at 150'C.
2. Pour the florentine flour into a big bowl and add the pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly.
3. After the nuts are cool, add them to the flour and mix well.
4. Up the oven temperature to 160'C.
5. Spread the mixture into a lined 10x10 inch baking evenly.
6. Bake for about 8-10 minutes (depending on your oven), until it looks golden brown (not too brown alright).
7. Take off from oven and while it is still hot make sure to cut it straight away into slices then once it is cool, break them into pieces and keep them in an airtight container...
