BLUEBERRY MANGO SMOOTHIE




Ingredients :

   1  cup  blueberries  (frozen or fresh)
   1  ripe  fresh mango , remove skin & cut into chunks (about 200 gm)
3/4  cup  plain or Greek yogurt
3/4  cup  fresh milk
   2  tbsp  white sugar
1/2  tsp  vanilla extract


Method :

     Blend the blueberries, mango, yogurt, mik, sugar and vanilla extract in a blender until frothy, scraping down the sides of the blender with a spatula.  Serve immediately.
