BASIC CHOCOLATE MUFFINS

Wet Ingredients :
2 eggs (I use large eggs)
100 gm cooking oil
80 ml fresh milk or plain yogurt
Dry Ingredients :
100 gm self-raising flour
20 gm cocoa powder
100 gm caster sugar
Utensils : Using 2 mixing bowl & a fork
Directions :
1. Preheat oven to 200'C.
2. Mix all dry ingredients. Stir until all mix up well.
3. Mix all wet ingredients. Stir until all mix up well.
4. Then slowly pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir until all mix up well. Do not over mix.
5. Pour into muffin tin lined with paper liner. Sprinkle with almond slice (if using).
6. Bake for 20 minutes or until done...
