OAT and RAISIN COOKIES

Ingredients :
125 gm unsalted butter
65 gm icing sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg (I use grade B egg)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
150 gm self-rising flour - sifted
60 gm Quaker oat
30 gm ground almond
60 gm raisins
Directions :
1. Preheat oven to 170'C.
2. Cream butter, salt and icing sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Slowly beat in egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
4. Mix flour and ground almond together.
5. Then fold in the flour mixture, oat and raisins till it form a soft dough.
6. Scoop cookie dough using spoon or ice cream scoop and drop it on greased tray.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Cool on wire rack and store in an airtight containers...
